  • Institute for Security Studies Expert Roundtable, Nairobi, 8 July 2026 — Presented remarks as lead discussant during the session Kenya in the East and Horn of Africa: Strategic Context. The session examined Kenya’s strategic interests, comparative advantages, and evolving role in regional peace and security.
